Banana cake with pineapple

"Really lovely and simple moist banana loaf. I wasn't sure about the whole cups thing so I made this with 300g flour, 200g soft brown sugar and 250ml sunflower oil, I also left out the pineapple. The mixture made 2 loaves in 900g/2lb tins (one for now , one for tomorrow!!)"
