    "Just made this with preserved Morello cherries instead of raspberries. It is lovely and moist and so easy to make. Next time, and there will very definitely be a next time, will make it with a sharper fruit or use less sugar as I like my cakes less sweet. I also did not have flaked almonds and did not sprinkle with icing sugar. Overall, double thumbs up for a delicious and easy dessert. Thanks!"

    "Much easier to make than I expected for brioche. I used chocolate chip instead of apricot. It is a good recipe but I´m only giving it 4* as I thought it was a bit dry. Otherwise, both my husband and I liked it."

    Warm Puy lentil, cherry tomato & halloumi salad

    "Made this for dinner today and we all liked it a lot. Used green lentils instead of Puy - this worked fine but probably I overcooked them a bit. I doubled the quantity of lentils and tomatoes, and added chorizo to the halloumi during the grilling. This was enough for two adults (with second helpings) and a child. We had a soup-bowl left overs of the tomatoes and lentils. Some chilli would add zing but it was still very good without it. Would definitely make this again."

    "Very easy to make and tastes great. I used medium fat cream cheese instead of the mascarpone, a mixture of tomatoes and drizzled some olive oil over them. I have made this twice - the second time, I didn't bother to cook the pastry first and I preferred the results."

    "Sorry! Forgot to mention that I cut sugar to 250g instead of 400g and even without the ganache, it still tasted sweet enough for us."
