"served this as part of a buffet on Christmas eve. Went down very well. I left out the horseradish as not a fan and it was delicious, very quick and simple to make. I also made mini roasted potatoes and together it was heaven!"

"Made this for our christmas eve dinner - lovely light little cakes. I only used a handful of raisins. Served with extra thick Guernsey cream - delicious!"
