"Absolutely delicious - a simple and tasty reminder of summer holidays. I squeeze lemon juice over before mixing to add an extra sharpness and generally don't bother deseeding the cu. Really good and a family favourite!"

"mmkk_21 I would suggest that you don't bother heating the mixture. The sugar will dissolve in the lime juice if you stir well and it will still become syrupy. This mixture will definitely sink down into the cake leaving it moist and very tasty."

"A lovely cocktail, with a really festive flavour. We made it for 20 guests at a drinks party before Christmas and everyone loved it. You can get Prosecco everywhere these days and it's light evanescent nature makes it the perfect partner for sparkling cocktails. We will definitely be making this one again."
