"I made this last week it went down a treat with the family, it was easy to make, and very tasty it was amazing how nice the flavour was with the cranberry. I didn,t change anything excepy that i cooked it in casserole dish with lid in the oven.Will definatly make this again."

"Made this the other day using parma ham, i also used less sugar after reading the comments, the whole family loved it, making again this week, going to try adding a litte blue cheese with it as well.I used cocktail sticks to hold it all together this worked well had no leakage. "

" I made this for the family, it went down a treat, beautiful flavours, My husband is a dab hand in the kitchen himself, and even he was impressed, and loved it. He asked me what was in it and i said i,m not telling him as its my recipe now.Will definatly make this again many times."
