"I usually add a little creme de cassis to my cooked blueberries. It adds a lovely flavour."

"I found I had both the loaf and the summer fruits in the freezer so thought I would try this pudding out. I added a little Creme de Cassis to the fruit and the result was delicious. I will certainly make this again."

"I scaled down this recipe a little and it still served four of us comfortably. I also just used my normal cheese scone recipe for the topping. My son -in- law said it was the best thing he had eaten in a long time."

Chocolate cake

"I would make this more as a tray bake and use cocoa rather than chocolate powder, then I would top it with some chocolate butter cream."

"To top my salmon I fry about 4oz brown breadcrumbs in one ounce of butter then add the rind of a lemon, some chopped chives and a grating of parmesan. Spres on top of salmon and bake for about 15 minutes."
