"A great recipe for beginners. It personally helped me get over my fear of the kitchen. It showed me how easy it is to make a delicious sauce. And really, the first step in cooking in confidence. Even though I'm fully back in the kitchen and cooking away, I still make a version of this most weeks. Yum."

"This recipe was lovely but I agree with EPR above - two lemons was too much. I'd suggest using one lemon for the marinade then serving the salad with a little lemon slice so each diner could choose to make their salad more zingy. I also gave the option for the meat eaters among us to add some gently fried chorizo and a bit of crumbled feta to the dish. Twas nom."

"This recipe is really good - it was my first time making Parfait and it worked out really well. I ended up with a lovely smooth, rich parfait which all my friends loved. Plus, I made it the night before a dinner party so it was a very stress-free course. I agree with Miss Vandicamp - it was totally gross to make! Worth it though."
