"A delicious, light and fresh tasting pasta. Instead of the lemon olive oil, I added a slug of extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a more zingy and fresh flavour. "

"These were absolutely yummy! Instead of the rasberry and orange I added vanilla extract and lemon rind to the mixture. Once baked and cooled I cut a hole in the centre and filled with wipped cream mixed with lemon curd. Will definately be using the recipe again"

"I've been making a similar recipe for years now and it is a total favorite. I too add some celery and sweet red pepper and for a more intensified flavour I add half a teaspoon of smoked paprika and some cumin seeds. "
