"This is a delicious and simple meal, we really enjoyed it! I can recommend adding a chilli. If it looks too thin, just cook it a little longer, the potatoes will start to break down, and will thicken it. Great comfort food!"

"This is a really nice soup, a tasty way of using up the left over roast. I add a small potato, just to thicken it up a bit, and, I have to admit, I don't bother with the garlic cream!"
