"As with nearly everyone else who has commented, I didn't even attempt to make the sauce just using meat and tomatoes - and used my own recipe for the bolognese (actually Antonio Carluccio's recipe, which I think is THE best) - and so it was delicious. Would probably have been two stars at most with the bland recipe ingredients given."

"Very easy and extremely tasty. I used double the amount of stir fry vegetables just because we like a lot of veg - and added more soy and chilli sauce. It is the mango which really makes this meal extra special though."
