"SO DELICIOUS! A bit thin though so I just put a little bit of cornflour in to thicken it, probably not authentic but more satisfying! So fresh compared to shop-bought pastes and easy too!"

"Amazing! I made it with thai green curry paste and poached some chicken in the spicy stock before adding everything else. This is one of my new favourite meals and I've made it twice this week already!"

"These were delicious and even my dad (who is an incredibly fussy meat and two veg kind of person) agreed! The wedges are a firm favourite in our house now. We like to use Discovery brand fajita mix as the spice."

"I made these for a load of people in a kitchen with only a hob and a George Foreman grill and they worked brilliantly! I added mint into the burgers as well as coriander and used chilli powder instead of chilli sauce. They were absolutely delicious and so easy to do. Highly recommended."
