"Didn't try the tartar sauce but wanted to cook fish that didn't have sauce or breadcrumbs as my daughter can't eat dairy or gluten. This fish was fabulous so tasty and the time was just right. I always cook chips like this. I will definitely be making this dish one of our regulars. "

"Completely forgot the sugar and the paprika. As has been suggested by quite a few people I added red wine and mushrooms but also added a couple of carrots, some red currant jelly and pasta shells. It was so easy to make and very yummy. Will definitely make again."

Chocolate fudge cake

"Cold and wet outside. Wanted a change from mince pies. Scrummy cake and took note of the comments and only added half the cocoa. I too had trouble with the icing not setting but put icing sugar in to thicken it and it was ok. Will definitely make it again so easy to make."

"In the recipe it says it only takes 2 hours. Made some last night but I found it took 4 hours before the liquid had gone and it looked like chutney. Apart from katkatkat76 did anyone else find it took a long time for the liquid to disappear. Had a quick taste with a teaspoon and it tasted great. If you do it again katkatkat76 try leaving it longer until it goes thick then it should be ok."
