"Yum yum! The richness of sauce went well with the steak. I added some beansprouts with the pak coi as they were in the fridge and needed using. Will be cooking again."

"Really comforting Sunday pudding. Really easy to make. The sharpness of the fruit worked well with the sweet custard. There was LOTS of it, so some left over for the next day's breakfast, oops, I mean dessert."

"Another dinner table favourite. I use more creme fraiche and boil the potatoes as our microwave isn't up to the job. The salmon stays really moist and melts in the mouth. I might add something with a bit of cruch next time, just to give it a bit of texture. It's so easy to make, took about half an hour."

"Delicious flavours, but I would definitely serve it as a starter rather than a main as it gets a bit sickly after a while (or maybe I just ate too much :)"

"The kids love this. I use a mild chilli sauce and good quality pork sausages so as not to blow their heads off. A regular favourite on our dinner table."
