  • My last supper would be... homemade bread with salted butter , some good cheese ( reblochon & abondance) and a wonderful bottle of Burgandy wine!
  • My fool proof recipe is... a filo pastry apple scrunch with a salted butter creamy toffee sauce with a touch of vanilla creme anglaise
  • My favourite utensil is... my mixer/blender
  • If I am not cooking I'm... teaching/cooking
  • The best meal I've eaten was... apart from the Ritz in Paris , I thought the 'St Laurent Restaurant 'in 'les Gets skiing resort in France was really good..

"Great and simple...thanks. I even tried replacing the horseradish with some sweet redpepper and a little garlic and onion....I stirfried them with a little white wine and then added a little honey ( very little)... then mixed it in ...and hey presto ....ready !"
