"i made this dish last nite and it was realy delicious. I used a lean minced steak to reduce the fat content and I also added diced aubergine and peppers to the mince before putting in the stock and lentils which bulked it out abit, but still keeping it healthy. Will definately make this dish again."

"This is the best lentil curry i have made!! Its really quick and easy. I used half sweet potato and half a normal variety, and also added cherry tomatoes five mins before serving. Its very tasty but filling and low fat aswel. Perfect!! "

"A really good dessert. This was the 1st time I've made creme brulee and everyone said its the best they've ever tasted. Will definately be making this again. If using a grill to get the caramel top I found its best to then chill after doing this as the creme part goes soupy in the heat and needs to re-set."

"The best risotto i'v ever made. I used smoked river cobbler fish which was delicious, never eaten it b4 but was very pleasantly surprised. Will definately be making this dish again"

"i'v made this 3 times in the last week, its a realy tasty noodle dish. I used soy sauce instead of worcester and added shredded lettuce right at the very last minute of cooking which adds a nice crunch. "
