"I have just made two batches of these fab muffins. The first I stuck to the recipe, appart from changing the mustard powder for dijon. The second batch as well as the dijoin I added some small cuts of smokey bacon, they went down a storm with my partners teenage sons. As previous comments state, it really does need more milk as mixture very dry otherwise. "
