"just made this last week as a trial for a wedding cake i've been asked to do. it is really delish and moist and yummy but sadly i don't think it's the type of cake for covering with sugarpaste as its so moist and soft. I really wish it was as it is gorgeous! I will need to try a different recipe for the wedding but i will def make this again as it was so easy and a top result. Thanks for a super reciepe!"

"I urge anyone thinking of making these buns please do.... they are fab. I made them last night and had to stop myself at 3, they are so moreish. I've never used yeast or made any type of bread before and I found these simple to make. I can see myself making these again and again and again. Thanks for a super recipe!"

"I made this cake for my 1st christmas day dinner with my husband's family. Everyone was very impressed with the very easy to do decoration on top which I had made up on Christmas morning. I needed to take the fruit off the remainder of the cake on boxing day though. I will Def use this topping again. it great alternative to royal icing and sugarpaste."
