"Very easy. Very tasty, chorizo gave a lovely richness to the dish. Wife loved it. Kids loved it. I initially thought I'd cooked too much and resigned myself to leftovers the following day, but we all had 2nd helpings and it all went!!! Highly recommended! Frozen seafood made it sooooo easy."
