"I live in the US and this cake looked so delicious i had to make it. I am not able to get the apples specified, i had to substitute it with Granny Smith. I was a bit sceptical, but the cake came together fast and is really good. Its simplicity lets the flavors of the ingredients come through. I just a piece with Vanilla IceCream. Besides a buttery and appley taste it also looks great and is cut into bars very easlily. "
