"I eat soup everyday and this one I made it to use the courgettes, spinach and broad beans from the garden. In case your courgettes are oversized just cut the courgette in half and seed it with a spoon. "

"This one looks easy but I would only use organic vegetable stock (they can make soups a bit too salty and always tasting the same..)"

"This cold soup should be served chilled or with some ice cubes added. Garnish also with some black grapes... it's delicious. Or simply garnish with diced tomato, peppers, cucumbers, onions... "
