"Absolutely love this, I always use creme fraiche too. Just as tasty and you don't feel so bad about all the cheese! Very quick and easy, always impressive as it looks so easy (it is!) and makes everyone think you're an accomplished italian cook! A handful of baby spinach on top adds colour and texture too."
