"Great recipe! I halved the quantities (half of 3 eggs???) and made about 35 slices. I used a mixture of cranberries, blueberries, cherries and raisins and was more than happy with the result. Will definitely make again."

"My first ever Christmas cake and it was wonderful! I would change the difficulty level from "moderately easy" to "very easy". I can easily see this becoming a standard cake at home. "
