Plum, hazelnut & chocolate cake

"Very, very good! I made using ground hazelnuts in the cake and a handful of whole almonds on top. I baked for one hour but it was still slightly underdone in the middle. Also, there was more of a chocolate taste than I was expecting for so little chocolate. Will make again."

"Have just finished eating this. It's very good. I added some Italian herbs to the chicken. It took a bit longer to make than I thought it would but well worth the effort. Also, I rolled the stuffing into a sausage shape rather than balls because it's easier to wrap. Will make again!"

"One of my favourites. I find it easier to make with two egg whites and I use more than five spoonfuls of parmesan. It takes longer to make than twenty minutes but it's well worth it. Do yourself a favour - make this!"

Freezer biscuits
16 comments
"My favourite biscuits. I use half the amounts listed and still manage to make 24 biscuits. I bake half and freeze the other half for later. I find this easier than freezing a roll of dough. I use chopped almonds and desiccated coconut. Also, I grind the oats up in a large mortar and pestle which I think gives a better texture."
