"Made cake using 2 lemons as suggested. Very good and is exactly what you expect - easy to make, full of lemon flavour, light and fluffy, stores well and is quite yummy. "

"I made this cake a few days in advance of a special lunch as the recipe said it would keep well in a tin. It turned out to be very wet and soggy and was a real disappointment. I certainly would not make it again."

"Gave it a try over the weekend and was impressed. The lovely toffee sauce makes it an excellent pudd and with vanilla ice-cream it was delicious. Having family over on Sunday and this will be on the menu for dessert."
