"Cooked this last night and my husband can't stop raving about it! I used 150g lentils as recommended by others and that was just right. It's a lovely warming winter dish that is also surprisingly filling. Can see this becoming a family favourite."

"Served this with roast pork on New Years Day and the whole table loved it. Normally we're not that into parsnip but everybody said they would eat this any day over roast parsnips. Easy to prepare and will be making again and again!!"

Paprika chicken

"Delicious!! Didn't add the sherry, used 75ml extra stock instead. Sauce was wonderful and will be making again, but next time with chicken breast as prefer that to the thighs. Added one extra potatoe and served as was. Freezes really well too."

Mustard chicken with winter vegetables
