"What a simple recipe. Would have given it 5 stars but it was very very sweet. (yes I know it's a cake but still!!) Am going to try it again but with less sugar. not sure if it will work but we'll see. Can not see this cake lasting long once my son is home from school!! "

"Loved it. So did my son who for some reason while liking all fish dislikes smoked haddock. he cleared his plate! I only put a small amount of wine in and wished actually I had put more in as it reduced a bit too much. I added broccoli, asparagus and soya beans to the potatoes. Rather than mashing it, I added the butter, put the lid on the pan and gave it a really firm shaking! Will most definitely do this supper again. "

"Really enjoyed this, was so quick to make after work. I somehow forgot to buy any carrots so used what was in the fridge, chopped courgettes, leeks and baby corn. Also put in half chilli powder and half smoked paprika. Gave it a nice taste. I warmed the tortillas in the microwave before filling as I was worried about them not being warmed through enough. Also added a lot more cheese which I felt made it even better! Served with a green salad and a nice glass of chilled white wine....Yum"

"really nice, my husband cooked this last night with clear plates all round. Only complaint, like the others was that i felt it could do with more dressing. Will be making again."
