"I love this recipe! I make a few changes and subsitutions which others might like to try: I used Yeos Laksa paste - probably 3-4 teaspoons - find it a bit mild so also added crushed chilli flakes. I also used mangetout instead of bean sprouts and added a frozen vege mix with baby carrots / peas / broccoli and corn. Plus I use Tofu instead of and sometimes as well as prawns. Give my version a try you'll love it! Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum!!!!!!!!!"
