"I love this recipe!!! Made this for a lunch party of 8, it was superb! So effortless for me, and impressive for my guests. Served with new potatoes and steamed asparagus. And did a cream and parmasen sauce as well. Such an easy, elegant meal to create. Going to do this again this week for a family get-together with trout, instead of salmon; and the baked toms sound like a good idea as well. Thanks for this!!"

"This was absolutely divine! My other half adores Plaice, but I have always found it rather boring and bland fish, so I gave this recipe a shot for his sake, and my goodness, what a surprise! We BOTH fell for this one hook, line and sinker! Wonderful! Bravo, BBC Good Food! Thanks!"
