"Oh my Goodness, I have made this twice now,,once the way as described and the second time I had to go out about 30 mins before the end of cooking!! I had no alternative but to turn the oven off!! However..even better as it cooled completley in the oven and turned it self as if by magic in to Chocolate Brownie Pudding, I put individule slices in the microwave for 30 seconds and served it with extra thick double cream..what a winner!! All gooey and delish!!"

"I tried this recipe over the weekend..its was so easy to make, I did it in a loaf tin and cut it into big wedges and served it with cold toast, even my 7 year old loved it! I think I will make it again..but next time with twice the amount of garlic.."
