"Bland, agree with comments needs more spices and less lemon. Even with these tweaks there are better recipes out there. If you like your food strong flavoured and spicy give this a miss."

"Lovely Meal. Made sauce and used shop bought meatballs. Added a few chopped apricots to the sauce as well. Very tasty and speedy."

"Nice but use leas sugar and water. Keep a close eye on them as well , mine went a bit pulpy as smoe plums were quite ripe when they went into the pot."

"Really lovely, and so easy. I had no beans, no bacon and the wrong type of ccabbage and it was still great. I used spring cabbage, some left over chorizo and just left out the beans - it went down really well and people had seconds of veg - I served it with roast chicken. Will definately use again and again, previously my green cabbage cooking has been awful (boiled mush or slightly burnt sauteed) so this is a revalation!"
