"I've tried this cake many times though it was from a different recipe book it was the same thing. It tdid have a different icing though and i have tried both of them the glaze and the icing it tastes extremely good. Here are the recipes. Coffee Icing Ingredients 1. 125g/5oz of Butter 2. 275g/10oz Icing Sugar 3. 3 5ml teaspoons of Coffee dissolved in 3 15ml tablespoons of hot water. Method 1. Beat the Butter and Icing Sugar well until creamy. 2. Add the Coffee gradually. 3. Apply on the Cake when cold. Coffee Glaze (alternative to Icing) Ingredients 1. 56g/2oz of Icing Sugar 2. 2 15ml tablespoons of Coffee mixed with 2 15ml tablespoons of hot water and 2 15ml table spoons of milk Method 1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Spread on Cake when cool. "
