"This is a delicious cake and really easy to make. I made it with Tesco's 72% dark chocolate (found in the baking aisle as opposed to the confectionary aisle) however next time I think I would go for Green & Blacks 70% (or similar) as the Tesco stuff is quite sweet and, in my opinion, more like cooking chocolate which I'm not so keen on. The cake is lovely re-heated too, just put a couple of slices back in the oven for 8-10 mins or so and it goes all gooey again....yum. Delicious served with either vanilla ice cream or creme fraiche. "

"Made this as a starter for friends coming round last weekend and it was delicious. I cooked the onions for slightly longer than the recipe said as I didn't think they looked soft enough after the initial 10 minutes. Next time I think I would make them as individual tarts and serve with a little bit of fresh rocket on the side. Also did not add the olives - don't think the recipe needs it."
