"I made this for Christmas pudding for the in-laws, having never ever made trifle before (yes - really!). Couldn't get raspberries so it ended up being summer fruits, and the custard was a ready made pack, and you added your own cream (and hundreds and thousands if you were my hubby!) ......YUM!"

"I left out the broad beans too, and think this is yummy. I use loads of soup recipies for work, and always end up with a crowd of people round my desk peering in to see what today's offering is! Kat24k - 400g is the size tin that if you make two fists with your hands, and then put them on top of each other.....sort of that size if you are with me!! "

"This turned out just like the picture, and its worth making the pastry. I made it for 2 aunts who cook very well (and an Uncle too), and Grannie, who was In Service (!) and they all commented on the lovely pastry. "
