"I used this dough to make the 'vanilla thins', but I added a generous amount of chocolate chunks (about 200g I think) and some halved macadamias (only about 50g). I had lovely chunky shortbread cookies and they went down a treat!"

"I followed the recipe and this worked perfectly giving a very rich, yummy and well-set mousse. A little went a long way with my friends who are a little longer in the sweet-tooth, I think this recipe is only for devout chocophiles!"

Tender duck legs with baby turnips

"I concur - braising is the best way to get a lovely juicy tender piece of duck. If you're lazy (like me), buy a pack of preprepared casserole veggies for about £1.50 from the big supermrkets, use garlic oil - generously - to brown the duck in, and then throw in rosemary sprigs whole. Even easier as zero chopping!"
