"Made this for Christmas Celebrations. Very easy to make but too rich for my taste and family's liking. Can't beat the New York recipe both regular and ultimate"

"Cooked the chicken and left to go cold overnight. Drained off and left in fridge. so all the fat was solid when getting the meat off the bone. Sauce tasted great but I didn't puree apricots and no sieving. Forgot to buy spring onions so topped with just Coriander and the mango. Wasn't sure what to serve with so a few new pototoes. Family love it, espcially the mango. Will make again. Might reduce the fromage frais and add more mayo?"

"I made 1 big pudding and 6 little ones on stir up Sunday, steamed for about 5 hours. The recipe doesn't state how to store the pudding. So I will keep the larger one in a cool cupboard and the smaller ones I will pop into the freezer after a few days. I didn't have enough mixed peel so substituted with sultanas. Easy to follow."

"It's Great Not having to get buttermilk - I made a batch and then I had to make another so I could try one. I used bottled lemon juice so all the indredients are from the store cupboard. "
