"These were easy to make and very popular with the family. I used unrefined golden caster sugar and added small pieces of dried cranberries. When they were cooked & cooled, I dipped them in some melted dark chocolate. Delicious!"

"A delicious cake, very popular with our family. Instead of the marmalade topping, I put about 75g of melted dark chocolate on the top (fairtrade cooking chocolate) - gorgeous! Will be making again very soon."
