"A good kids curry. Cooked originally with Pataks Korma paste but the sauce tasted to much like Coconut soup for me. Next time cooked using 2 Tablespoons of Pataks Madras paste and still ended up with a very mild curry enjoyed by all, similar to Squash and Coconut curry. "

"Great for midweek, have made a few times now. Cooked as original recipe to start with but I prefer cooking the pasta myself (as I'm cheap) and cutting the Chicken into smaller pieces to reduce cooking time as it takes a lot longer with whole Breasts straight fom the fridge otherwise."

"Now made this twice, first time left all the seeds in one chilli, I loved it but too hot for others. Second time took out all the seeds and enjoyed by everyone. Would recommend cooking ahead and freezing, this really needs to be re-heated to get the full flavour into the meat. (although I did use Breast so it may be different with Thighs.) One of my favourite curries. "

"Not usually a fan of meat free curries, but this was great with a Biryani. Easy to make will do again. "
