"Tried as recommended with excellent results. Really easy to make and is a great gift as most people have no idea how to make it... Also tried with different fruits / booze which also seems to work although I would not recommend mixing more than one fruit. My personal recommendation is to use less sugar (100 to 120g depending on the sweetness of fruit) and to cut up the fruit into little pieces to get the most of it. My favourate recipe is raspberry gin... great but very addictive..."
