"I made this as a side dish with chicken and asparagus which my family really enjoyed. As I am vegetarian I had it as a main with asparagus on the side. It is lovely but a bit calorific!"

"I followed the recipe exactly exchanging just the mustard powder for dijon. I found the potato slices were cooked for too long and the vast majority had fallen to pieces when it came to draining the vegetables - leaving me barely any for the topping. Having said that, this tasted great, the cheese and chive flavours were lovely. A good midweek meal which the kids loved. We served this with chicken."

"We were missing quite a few of the ingredients (green beans, saffron, mustard seeds, red chilli....!) but it turned out quite nicely. Would be very nice if we had all the ingredients in. The lemon and coriander sprinkled over at the end gave a lovely flavour. Will definetely try this again. We also had no problems with the rice - it was perfectly cooked. "
