"Served this up at a dinner party on a hot summer's evening. Everyone loved it, even me. So easy to prepare and so delicious. Definitely making this again."

"As the cheese and spinach mixture doesn't have that much taste I increased the mushroom and garlic content. I would make this again. Just one thing - this bake lacks body and tends to come out of the dish in a promscuous mess rather than a satisfying layered unit of goo."

"This reminded me of the kind of veggie food from the 70's and early 80's. Wholesome and 'good for you' but not entirely appetising. The tomatoe base made the stew rather viscous and the cumin gave it a rough texture and taste. Will definitely give this one a miss."

"Try substituting broccoli for the cauliflower - lightly steam it before adding to the cooked pasta. Delicious!"
