"I used fresh tomatoes from the fridge and put them straight in the baking dish with the feta, garlic and oregano. Then I baked it in the oven for an hour. The feta became creamy and lovely. I served it for a light lunch with Greek-type pita and told my kids it was deconstructed pizza. They loved it."

"I hope this will turn out ok; I'm cooking it right now. It is taking a lot longer in the oven than the recipe states. The breasts I used were roughly 300 gms each and the recipe is vague as to what size to use."
