"Very yummy and will become a regular with us. I also added a little extra chorizo and cooked the fish with the sauce. I also think the sauce would work well with chicken so will give that a go too."

"I have made Mary Cadogan's Spanish Omelette several times now and it is delicious - with or without the parsley! :-) I would always add pepper because I like it and it enhances the flavours. I like smartiepants comments re the double tortilla pan!"

"This soup is now a firm family favourite with us. I have made it many times and it never fails. I also use my beloved stick blender and blend everything right there in the pot. Yummy soup!"

"I have to add my voice of praise for this recipe - it really is delicious. I made it for the first time yesterday and we loved it. As suggested by others here, I added a finely chopped onion but didn't change anything else. Yummy! I will be making this lots and lots."
