"I was encouraged by all the comments so I tried out this recipe yesterday. As soon as my boyfriend took one bite he couldn't stop raving about it. He said it was the best brownie he'd ever tasted. I was pleased for my first attempt! It was pretty easy to make too. Now that brownie is gone I've been commissed to make another today...and probably the next day etc, etc! My brownie sunk a bit in the middle as others have said. It could be cos I opened the oven door a few times. It seemed to sink after I stuck a knife in the middle (at the end of the recommended cooking time) to test if it was done. The mixture in the middle was still really liquid so I left it in another 10 mins and I think that was a good move. After cooling, it was slightly crunchy on the outside and a perfect texture inside (not too hard, or soft). I dusted some cocoa on the top to disguise the slight sinkage and it looked and tasted perfect. You must make this! "
