Sea bass with sizzled ginger, chilli & spring onions

"Absolutely beautiful, it was a new taste experience. Made my mouth water so much that I wanted more. I added a few extra chillies for a bit more heat, but I would highly recommend using the ginger rice form the grilled chili and coriander salmon recipe. Definitely worth venturing into the kitchen to make this very simple meal"
