"This was lovely but did change a few things. 1. used 24cm tin 2. used 200g ground almonds 3. added almond essence only took 40 minutes to cook in total 4. should have used less lemon zest Was really good and we all enjoyed it. Very easy to make and eat"

"Fantastic duck. Had a 2.5kg duck which we roasted at Gas mark 1 for 5 hours and then gas mark 4 for 30 minutes with Apples. Fantastic tasting duck really good."

"Had some problems with this one, the brownies cooked quicker than 20 minutes and the meringue didn't thicken up enough but they tasted better than they looked. "

"John Torode suggests making clotted cream by heating 500ml double cream and 25g butter together. SImmer for 8 minutes so it reduces by half. then ad a vanilla pod, split and the seeds from it. simmer for a couple of minutes and then chill in a flat dish."
