"Made this for when a veggie friend came round. Both loved it and went back for seconds. The only thing found the sauce slightly sharpe but think that was the tinned tomatoes I used. Would definitely make again!"

Chicken & Veg Bake, With Rice

"Tried this last week, was very tasty! I had quite small chicken breasts and could've easily halved the amount of veg and still had more than enough. Would definitely make again!"

"Can anyone help please? I'm abit of a novice cook and attempted this recipe tonight and had abit of a problem browning the chicken - I just couldn't get it to brown. Was it due to something simple like not getting the pan hot enough? Any advice would be great! Part from that thought this recipe was great!"

"This was really quick and easy. Didn't have any tarragon but it still worked well without. If you need something quick and easy this is a good choice!!! "
