"Loved this, although there was quite a lot of stock left at the bottom of the pan when it was finished, which suprised me as I thought it would boil away to nothing. Still tasted great once I'd drained it though!"

"Loved this. My husband is a complete carnivore but there were no complaints about the lack of meat in this dish. I didn't use the parsley, still tasted great."

"I was worried this might end up a bit bland but it was lovely and tasty. My husband would probably think of himself as a risotto purist but he loved this. I had some mushrooms in the fridge so I added a few and it was great!"
