"I did this for a dinner party and it was perfect, it was so easy to do and looked amazing. everyone said how nice it was. i served it with asparagus and new potatoes also. So easy you could do it as a weekday meal."

"i love this recipe it so easy but it tastes and looks so good, i think next time i may try doing it with some sort of italian seasonings and maybe put sun dried tomato in the cous cous instead of olives. i let u know what its like."
