Paprika chicken

"Delicious. I added a few red chilli flakes. I'll be making it again, and I'll put a tad less red wine vinegar in. I know it depends on the type of potatoes you use, but I found that the timings were well short of what was needed to cook the potatoes through."

"I buy the oranges when available (around Jan/Feb), wash them dry them, and freeze them whole until I'm ready to make the marmalade. Take them out of freezer the evening before. Proceed as normal. This enables you to make your marmalade as and when you want to. "
