"I did this pudding in the oven. It was delicious and easy to make. Had it hot straight from the oven but had what was left cold the next day - still good. Next time will add some sultanas and let you know how it goes."

"When blackberries are out of season, frozen ones might do. I haven't yet made it but have frozen blackberries in my freezer so may have a go."

"I made it with the sauce, ie. garlic and can of tomatoes. Really good but would add extra spices next time because the sauce made the flavour less strong. Served with rice and salad."
