Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Broccoli or Runner Beans for greens

Method

  1. Place fillets in a dish. Cover in the sauce and the chopped spring onion. Spread in about to ensure an even coating

  2. Place on baking paper and put in oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (while you cook the veg) until the salmon is cooked but still tender
